MR.VISHAL JAIN
Director
Vishal Jain is one of the board directors of the company. He holds an MBA in Finance, is a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant, and also holds an LLB degree. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector. From 2005 to 2007, he worked with a leading bank before incorporating the firm. Apart from this, he is actively involved in corporate consulting, serving over 800 clients, including international client groups.
MRS.PRIYANKA JAIN
Director
Priyanka Jain is also a member of the board of directors of the company. She holds an M.Sc. degree and has valuable experience in the banking sector. She is an expert in finance and has strong command over the credit domain as well.
Anuj Goel

He is an Advocate by profession and a qualified Chartered Accountant. His primary education was at Sherwood College Nainital, a premier leading school of India. He is having rich experience in Audit & Assurances, Restructuring and Valuations, Direct and Indirect Tax Consultancy, International Taxation, Bank Liaisoning, including Corporate Consulting with reference to structuring business plans, Mergers and Acquisitions.

He has over 18 years of experience in the banking sector. He specializes in handling Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and credit limit arrangements with both nationalized and private sector banks. He is also actively involved in Loan Against Property (LAP) and retail finance services.
